We are shipping to all EU countries. We aim to ship all orders the next business day after ordering. We use Posti Finland or GLS to send packages abroad.
Shipping fee
Shipping fee for the packages inside EU is 15,90€
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you wish to return to goods, please contact first alexlifestyle@hotellialexander.fi and we will instruct you futher. The return fee is paid by the customer.
